For Landlords who like to be more involved and hands-on with the managing their property.

We can find you a suitable tenant and take care of all that’s involved in the ‘tenant find’ service plus carry out a rent collection service.

This allows you to focus on all the other aspects of managing the tenancy and property going forward.

We will keep a track of all payments coming in and chase if there are rental payment delays.

All that is included in the TENANT FIND and RENT COLLECTION services, with the added bonus of taking away the stresses of day-to-day property management.

We have an extensive list of reliable and skilled contractors on hand to sort any maintenance issues out quickly and reasonably.

We can offer you advice and guidance with extensive expertise in all areas of lettings. Access to a legal helpline and full issue resolution.

Daily overseeing of general property maintenance, endeavouring to solve issues without disturbing a landlord where possible. Six monthly inspections and reporting back on findings, this includes checking and testing of smoke alarms. Keeping up to date with safety certificates and organising renewals etc.

And the RB difference means we go the ‘extra mile' to support our fully managed clients where most other agents are not able to, extended working hours to resolve any possible property problem as an example. Should a deposit need to be replied on at the end of the tenancy, then the management service would cover full negotiation and evidence submission to the TDS.
